Physical Education:  TURKEY TROT IS SATURDAY!  This is a wonderful and fun way for you to excercise with your child.  Forms are available on this web site or in the office.

This week we will be “training” for Turkey Trot.  We will are working on increasing our cardiovascular activity by running, jogging or fast walking.  We will also be mixing in our daily stretches and excercises.

We will be playing outside for as long as we possibly can.  Please send a coat or jacket with your child.  If they need to sit out of PE for health reasons, please send a note so that I am aware of the situation.
